W.N. Developments Ltd. is the UK branch of the family run business of Irish based Company William Neville & Sons which was founded by William Neville in the early 1940’s. Since its incorporation the Company has gone from strength to strength, even through the most turbulent of times.
Our Company’s vast experience evolved through the construction of public sector projects consisting of housing, schools, factories and hotels. In the 1980’s the Company progressed into private property development expanding it’s operations into the UK and Northern Ireland through W.N. Developments Ltd. It has also recently entered the U.S. market with it’s flagship development “The Cambium”.
Over the years the Company has also built up a substantial property portfolio consisting of offices, factories and Hotels, the latter being operated as part of the Group.
W.N. Developments Ltd. prides itself in having our Directors’ active involvement in the day to day running of each of our developments from commencement of construction to handover to the customer.
Wm. Neville & Sons is a member of the Irish Homebuilders Association (IHBA) and Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and all it’s developments are insured under the Homebond 10 year guarantee.
